Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the manicotti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and set aside.
- Prepare the filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat. Let it cool slightly, then mix with ricotta, Parmesan, half of the mozzarella, the egg, parsley, basil, and season with salt and pepper.
