Instructions

- Remove membrane from ribs’ back.

- Bake covered for 2-3 hours.
- Making the Sweet Glaze:
- Mix brown sugar, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until thick.
- Final Steps:
- Increase oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Glaze ribs and bake for 10-15 minutes.
